The growth of Uracle Co., Ltd. is the result of regarding technological capability as the most important thing and of striving for customer satisfaction. The Company has built development, sales, and rapid service systems for customer satisfaction, and will continue to spare no effort for sustainable growth and management.

The recent business environment emphasizes corporate social responsibility (CSR), and its importance is increasing day by day.

Accordingly, Uracle Co., Ltd. will create future growth engines and, at the same time, raise its business competitiveness through technology development and business diversification in response to market changes, and will build the constitution to turn such changes into opportunities. Uracle Co., Ltd. will also do its best, starting from the smallest things, in sustainable management (ESG) to enhance corporate value. Today, stakeholders regard the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility as an essential element of sustainable growth. Accordingly, the Company will carry out and manage ESG management activities to realize socially responsible management not only in compliance with domestic and overseas law but across all areas, including the environment, ethics, labor and human rights, safety, shared growth, and social contribution.

For this reason, as the first step in ESG management, the Company has established ethical management guidelines, adopts them as the standard for the conduct and value judgments of its executives and employees, and pledges to put them into practice. Code of Ethics

Based on its Code of Ethics, Uracle Co., Ltd. will work to establish a sound corporate culture.

We, Uracle Co., Ltd. (including its affiliates), respect the order of the free and competitive market, which pursues fair and transparent management based on ethical and moral values. In addition, through business activities that comply with all statutes and with the spirit of the law, we seek to raise the value and trust of our diverse stakeholders, including customers and shareholders, to establish a sound corporate culture, to fulfill our social responsibility, and to become a company that realizes transparent and ethical management.

To this end, in order to establish an ethical corporate culture by practicing principled management that is thorough in the basics and keeps to principles, and to increase corporate value through continuous management innovation and the strengthening of growth capability, we establish the following Code of Ethics on the basis of international guidelines such as the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact (UNGC), adopt it as the standard for the conduct and value judgments of our executives and employees, and pledge to put it into practice.
